Plastasphalt®
Plastasphalt® is a flexible road repair material composed of a mix of asphalt, chalk powder, and high-polymer materials, with special additives and quartz sand. This innovative hox mix asphalt product is created using Strassenflex's specialized equipment and technology.

Clean moisture from the cracks to ensure they are dry.
Load the Plastasphalt® material into the hot-melt kettle and heat it to 280°C.
Choose a hopper with a width of 5-30 cm according to the crack size.

Two workers will apply the heated Plastasphalt® into the hopper and slowly move along the crack, maintaining a width of 5-30 cm and a thickness of 3-4 mm, while ensuring good flowability until the crack is completely sealed. Adjust the application speed according to the crack depth to ensure enough material is injected into the crack.

Thoroughly dry the pothole and use a heat gun to remove moisture, ensuring the area is dry for repair.
Pour the heated Plastasphalt® into the bottom of the pothole. For deeper potholes, add 1-2 cm of aggregate layer by layer, applying the heated Plastasphalt® between layers until the repair is level with the original surface.

Allow the repair to cool for about 5 minutes, then cover the surface with a hopper (10 cm or 30 cm wide) to seal the surface.
If the pothole depth is less than 2 cm, there is no need to add aggregate. Simply pour the heated Plastasphalt® until it is level with the original road surface and apply a surface seal.
